Directions from M4 motorway:- Travelling towards the West from London/Heathrow, leave the M4 at the Langley/M3 exit which is the next exit after the M25 exit. Take the second exit at the roundabout, directing you towards Datchet/Eton. At the end of this stretch of road, you will have arrived in Datchet village. At the first mini-roundabout, turn right. Take the second turning left, which will take you across the railway line. At the end of this road, turn right. As you approach Windsor, the Castle will be on your left. You will then go straight on at the mini-roundabout and through a set of traffic lights. La Taverna is on the left at the next corner. Public parking is available in the two public car parks opposite the restaurant or in the multi-storey car park nearby.
Travelling East from Reading:- Leave the M4 at the Windsor exit and take the third exit. Follow the dual carriageway towards Windsor almost to the end. Take the first exit that you find along this dual carriageway which will be sign posted to Windsor town centre and then take the first exit again at the roundabout. After crossing through three sets of traffic lights, take the first exit at the roundabout and follow this road round past the river until you see La Taverna ahead of you, adjacent to the stage door of the theatre.
From the M25:- Travelling anti-clockwise, leave the M25 at the M4 interchange and follow the directions above as if you were travelling from Heathrow. Travelling clockwise, leave the M25 at the Staines exit (junction 13) and follow directions to Windsor. This will take you through Runnymede and Old Windsor. You will approach Windsor along Albert Road. After crossing the Long Walk, with Windsor Castle on your right, you will enter a roundabout. You want to take the third exit on the roundabout sign posted towards Windsor town centre. Proceed along this road and straight on through a set of traffic lights. You will pass along Windsor High Street and down Castle Hill, past the theatre. Windsor Castle will be on your right. At the next set of traffic lights, turn left and La Taverna is on the left on the next corner.
